Artists must be current or former residents of Western New York (including Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, Wyoming, and Monroe Counties) to be eligible. Submissions should include works in glass, fiber, wood, clay, metal, or other mediums that emphasize craft-based skill, form, or tradition. Only pieces completed within the past two years will be considered. The Burchfield Penney curatorial staff reserves the right to exclude any work that does not meet the criteria, is not in proper display condition, or differs from its submission images. Selected works must be available for the entire exhibition period, and no substitutions will be allowed.
